Sverkerssons is a Swedish-Spanish market restaurant at Lemon Market in Guardamar del Segura. Every Sunday we serve traditional dishes we grew up with — shrimp sandwich, pytt i panna, luxury waffles, baked potatoes, and pea soup — all under the warm Spanish sun.

Our philosophy

We are a small family kitchen that cooks with real ingredients and large portions. No shortcuts, no nonsense. Just honest Swedish food, a glass of Kopparbergs, and a moment of home — right in the heart of Costa Blanca.
